To qualify for one of our townhomes in Gallatin, TN, residents must have a gross monthly income of at least three and a half times the monthly rent, combined income.

All of Kindrey’s townhomes include a 2-car garage and driveway.

Guest may use residents driveway and/or street parking temporarily.

Your packages will be delivered directly to your doorstep! Small USPS packages could arrive to your mailbox at our mailbox kiosk.

Kindrey makes it easy! The only utility that will need to set up is Internet, which is provided by Comcast.
Yes, a $100,000 personal liability policy is required.

Kindrey Townhomes are for rent, just like owning a home, except with convenience of lawn care, resident events, office staff and maintenance included!

Kindrey does have breed restrictions for all residents. Restricted breeds include:

  • Doberman Pinschers
  • Huskies
  • Mastiffs

These policies are often enforced regardless of a specific dog's temperament.
