WHAT ARE YOUR INCOME REQUIREMENTS?
To qualify for one of our townhomes in Gallatin, TN, residents must have a gross monthly income of at least three and a half times the monthly rent, combined income.
WHAT IS PARKING LIKE FOR RESIDENTS?
All of Kindrey’s townhomes include a 2-car garage and driveway.
DO YOU HAVE GUEST PARKING? IF SO, WHERE IS IT LOCATED?
Guest may use residents driveway and/or street parking temporarily.
WHERE WILL MY PACKAGES GO?
Your packages will be delivered directly to your doorstep! Small USPS packages could arrive to your mailbox at our mailbox kiosk.
WHAT UTILITIES DO I NEED TO SET UP ON MY OWN?
Kindrey makes it easy! The only utility that will need to set up is Internet, which is provided by Comcast.
IS RENTER’S INSURANCE A REQUIREMENT?
Yes, a $100,000 personal liability policy is required.
ARE WASHER/DRYERS INCLUDED?
Yes — every townhome in our Gallatin, TN community includes a full-size Samsung washer and dryer for your convenience.
HOW DO I SUBMIT SERVICE REQUESTS?
All residents can use our convenient mobile app to submit service requests, pay rent, reserve amenities, and stay updated on Kindrey events.
ARE THERE RESIDENT EVENTS?
Yes. From weekly social gatherings to special seasonal events, we create opportunities for our residents to connect and enjoy the warm Gallatin lifestyle.
DO YOU HAVE SMART HOME TECH?
Kindrey makes it easy in all aspects! Kindrey’s front doors have app access to allow you to lock/unlock your home, just in a swipe. Additionally, our upstairs & downstairs thermostats are controllable within the Honeywell app.
